On 6/10/2023 I took my car for a routine oil change at quick lane in El Centro. When received the car I noticed two black stains on the seat, I also noticed they had rotated the tires even after I requested for them not to do it, I decided to let it go and leave. Worst experience ever, dealer staff do not take responsibility for damage to my car. and was not fix the mechanical condition wright and after I took it back to rectified the problem the technician did not do correct it and my windshield was broken.

my bronco sport truck has been making a noise when reversing. I have taken it to the dealership three times, the first time they checked the parts they needed. The second time they didn't have the full pieces. Last time they fixed the bug, but it's still crashing.

Everyone from the owner to the staff are/were super friendly. The transaction was smooth as silk and everyone got us in and out in probably the fastest time I've done a dealer transaction. No gimmicks or mickeymousing with pricing and the truck was fully charged before we even got there (3rd EV, first time dealer did that for us). And we enjoy supporting our local businesses!

Quick oil change on weekends. Not much else going for it. Be wary of what, if any, services you may have previously had done there since they will not notify you; they’ll just play ignorance and charge you for it again.

Recently purchased a 2020 mustang from the Ford dealership so far so good. It came with very minor issues such as trunk liner falling off and tiny paint scratches but they scheduled me an appointment to fix everything so no worries. My only zonk was the price is a little higher than other dealers in Cali selling the same vehicle.

I took my F-250 in because the tires had signs of abnormal wear (cupping) on both front tires most likely from the shocks going bad. I told the service advisor that I felt a vibration starting at 50 mph. The following morning I received a phone call telling me that not only are the shocks needing to be replaced but also the tie-rods and the connecting-rod along with a front end alignment will need to be done. I purchased a new battery. I took the battery with me and installed it myself at home. When I received my bill I had been charged labor for installing my battery which as I stated earlier was not done. I went into the fast lane center to let them know of the overcharge. The salesman, Alex Miranda, was not only friendly, he knew his product well, and followed up with me after the sale. The sales manager was also great. I never felt pressured, which will make me walk away faster than anything. I actually told them I was looking at a Chevy, as well.
